Patients can enjoy the speed and convenience of MountainView’s comprehensive Outpatient Services. From Saturday walk-in hours for Laboratory tests to MRI and Physical Therapy Services, we offer the following on an outpatient basis:

MRI
Magnetic resonance imaging – MRI - produces detailed images of the brain, spinal cord, joints, soft tissue and the body's vascular system without radiation. Doctors use this information to diagnose injuries and diseases in the body’s soft tissues, such as torn ligaments, strokes, and infections in the brain, spine or joints.

Mammography
At MountainView, we want you to be as comfortable as possible during your mammogram. That's why we offer the Soft Touch MammopadTM, a cushion that is used during the mammogram to ease the pressure you feel. Mammography uses low-dose x-rays to produce detailed images of breast tissue. These images aid in the early detection of problems or changes caused by breast cancer or other types of breast disease.

CT Scan
A computerized tomography scan produces cross-sectional images of all body parts. It is used to diagnose cancers, and vascular diseases.

Outpatient Laboratory Services Hours
Outpatient Laboratory Services are available on a walk-in basis, Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 5:00pm.

Therapy Services

Physical Therapy
Physical therapists are trained to help people of all ages regain movement and function in their daily lives. They also develop and direct fitness and wellness programs to promote active, healthy lifestyles and prevent future disability.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapists help people recovering from injury or illness develop skills needed for independent, interdependent, productive living. Work can include problem solving, management of medication, safety in the home, activities of daily living, career interest and more.

Speech Therapy
Speech-language therapists assess each patient’s cognitive and language abilities. They develop treatment plans to ensure that patients communicate to the maximum of their abilities.

Infusion Center
A team of infusion registered nurse specialists direct the care for patients receiving infusion therapy. Patients represent all ages, from neonate to the older adult. With staffing, equipment, pharmacy and physician involvement, the infusion center is the practical way to initiate extended outpatient care at significant savings and convenience for the patient. Various types of infusion procedures are available upon referral by a physician.
