The MVRMC Business Office is committed to providing our patients and their families easy and reliable billing services. Customer service representatives are available to help from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Call 556-7630.

Your hospital bill will include the basic room rate and charges for special services or procedures. Your room charges will cover the cost of your accommodations, nursing care, meals and related services. You will receive separate bills from your doctor, as well as radiologists, pathologist, anesthesiologists and other doctors who may have contributed to your care.

Payment for for elective or outpatient services and emergency room services are due on cash basis unless insurance benefits are confirmed prior to - or at - the time of treatment.
