What is Peak Performance?
Peak Performance is a positive internal employee recognition program designed to recognize and reward those at MountainView Regional Medical Center who exemplify Customer Service Standards Excellence. Those who go "Above and Beyond" will be recognized for setting the standards.
Who can be nominated?
Any employee, volunteer or physician can be recognized for outstanding performance in any of the following:
- Exemplify Clinical and Service Excellence
- Embody the "Golden Rule" — Treat others as you would like to be treated
- Engage in Effective Communication
- Excel at Continuous Service Improvement
