When it comes to the birth of your baby, we understand that you want to know about all of the care and comfort options available to you. At MountainView Regional, you do have choices. Like using a birthing ball or taking a whirlpool bath to relax during early labor.

We've designed our OB Unit with the comfort of mom, baby and family in mind. From our decorated private labor and delivery suites to the loungers nearby for dad, we're ready to make your birthing experience relaxing and enjoyable. MountainView Regional is the first hospital in our community to offer in-house 24-hour anesthesia services.
We also offer the state-of-the-art infant protection program – HUGS. It is safe, reliable and baby-friendly. That’s what you want from any system to protect your infants and children from the threat of abduction.

Goodmoms is a comprehensive maternity program that guides new parents-month by month-through pregnancy. Any expectant mother who is planning to deliver at MountainView Regional is eligible to join Goodmoms. Expectant parents who join Goodmoms will receive:
Monthly Informational Newsletters
Beginning the first trimester, these monthly newsletters provide valuable information about what you will be experiencing-and how your baby is developing-for that month. The newsletters continue through your baby's first two months to provide you with helpful information and tips on infant care.
Goodmoms Take-Home Kit
When you go home with your new baby, you will receive a keepsake footprint certificate of your newborn, a MountainView sunshade, Goodmoms baby bib and a canvas tote to carry your baby gear home from the hospital.
