Women's Resource Center
A place for women of all ages and backgrounds. A you-focused health resource. An impetus for advocacy and support. MountainView Regional’s Women's Resource Center encourages you to explore topics and information about your health and wellness with guidance from qualified professionals.

The center is located on the fourth floor of MountainView Medical Plaza, 4351 E. Lohman Ave., Suite 404. Along with free educational meetings, support groups and health screenings, the Center provides Internet access to research health information, a browsing library with books, videos and CD's, a resource room with a large variety of information ranging from diabetes to menopause and a Women's Resource Center specialist to help with any questions.

BIEN
The Border Health Information and Education Network (BIEN!), a public service effort bringing reliable health information in English and Spanish, is available in the Center. BIEN! is led by the New Mexico State University Border Epidemiology & Environmental Health Center.

Red Hot Mamas
Our Prime Plus/ Red Hot Mamas program provides menopause management education, as well as emotional and social support, to its members. We want all women to be educated consumers in their healthcare decisions. We invite you and your loved ones to join our monthly discussions, with up-to-date info on menopause management from local physicians and guest speakers.

The Women’s Resource Center at MountainView Regional Medical Center encourages and supports women so they can make informed decisions about their health and their families health.
