The Young at Heart program was created to provide education and information to the public so they will become more aware of their own risks for heart disease and take proper steps to decrease those risks. Throughout the program, the participants will receive resource that may help motivate them to make lifestyle changes. The Young at Heart programs are scheduled for the third Wednesday of each month. All meetings will begin at 6 p.m. in the MountainView Community Education Room, located off of the front lobby. For more information please call 556-7666.
