MountainView Regional Medical Center Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer

MountainView Regional Medical Center has welcomed Doug Saegesser to the team as Chief Financial Officer.

“Doug has already hit the ground running at MountainView and is a great addition to the executive leadership team,” MountainView CEO Patrick Shannon said. “His experience and strategic vision will be instrumental as we continue to grow and serve the healthcare needs of our community. We look forward to the positive impact he will make for our patients, providers, and employees.”

Saegesser has more than 30 years of experience with various organizations, most recently serving as the Market CFO for the Western Arizona Market in Lake Havasu City with Lifepoint Health. Prior to that, he served as CFO/EVP of University of Chicago Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.

“I’m proud to join such a dedicated team and contribute to MountainView’s continued success,” Saegesser said. “Together, we’ll focus on strengthening our engagement in the community while creating opportunities that allow our caregivers to deliver the best possible care to every patient.”

Saegesser holds a Master of Science in healthcare administration and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas.
