The MountainView Regional Medical Center laboratory is a College of American Pathologists accredited and Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations approved facility supervised by an American Board of Pathology-certified pathologist. It provides testing in surgical, pathology, cytopathology, hematology, microbiology, chemistry and blood banking. Automated multi-test instruments screen samples for disorders in various organ systems, providing physicians with reliable test results in a timely manner.

Outpatient laboratory services are available on a walk-in basis at several convenient locations. After hours services are available at the hospital emergency department.
